The Parent Teachers and Friends of Padiham  St Leonard's school have been formed with the main aims of raising money to enhance the work of St Leonard's Primary and providing  entertaining activities for our pupils.

On Thursday 30th March from 5.30-7pm there will be a KS2 Easter disco for children in Beech, Willow, Chestnut, Maple and Sycamore classes. Tickets will cost £2 and include a hot dog, drink and ice pop. Tickets will be on sale from Monday 20th March.

On Thursday 20th April they are holding a KS1 Film night from 3.30-5pm for pupils in Poplar, Oak and Elm classes. The cost will be £2 and include a hot dog, drink and sweets. Children are encouraged to bring pyjamas to change into and snuggle down watching a film. Tickets will be on sale from Monday 27th March.

Other events planned for later in the year are ‘The Copper Mile’ again where the pupils collect loose change to see which class can collect the most, the summer fair (Wednesday 21st June 3.30 - 5pm) and a photographic competition.

The next meeting of the PTA will be held on Tuesday 21st March at 6pm. This is an ideal opportunity to bring your ideas for events in school and to support the PTA with raising money to enhance the experience of our pupils.
